TT Bike Fit Advice
Hello everyone, I am new to TT bikes and was hoping to see if anyone has advice on my fit. I feel a bit cramped and my shoulders are tense when in aero bars, but that could be me not used to triathlon positioning. Is it too aggressive to sustain, or is my saddle too low/forward? I am planning on completing a 70.3 so please keep 56 mile race in mind. All recommendations welcome! Thank you 😁
