Strength training and free time

Hi all

Now I have awoken from my wintersleep I would like to kickstart my training again for upcoming races, I plan to do two olympics distances, one in June and one in September. Last year I did a 70.3 but my training was not close to being good or consistent. I finished it, but 30mins out of time. I will have my revenge in 2026!

So as to the real question of this post, this is what my schedule would look like at the end of the month (at this time I am only running and going to the gym)

Monday Gym Tuesday Bike and Gym Wednesday interval Run and Swim Thursday Gym Friday Run Saturday Long bike Sunday swim and long run

I actually want to bike 3x per week but I just dont know how to do it, I really want to keep going to the gym, and also have a social life where I dont need to fill all my evenings to the max with sports. I also have 5 hours of evening classes during the week lol

1)How do you do it? 2) Does anybody have some tips on combining triatlon training with strenght? 3) would it be better to skip the run on Friday and replace it with cycling?
