What are your thoughts on a hair transplant for my current state?

I (30M) started losing my hair when I was around 20. Ive been on 5% minoxidil foam for around 7 years now. I used Fin for about 2 years, then stopped because I didn’t think it was doing much to stop hair loss. I started it back up after some time but then stopped again as I wasn’t getting much results. Been off of Fin for the last 2 years but have been using Minoxidil.

Over the last 7 years I have consistently lost hair and this is my current state. The last picture is how my hair looks when I wash it and style it left to right. But man once that wind blows the opposite direction you can already tell what happens and it’s been consuming me up lately. I’m always self conscious when I’m out and it just can’t enjoy a nice breezy day.

I understand that diffuse thinners aren’t a good candidate for hair transplant but am I in that category. I want to plan to go to turkey next year for a transplant but wanted to see what kind of candidate I would be. And if I didn’t see much results from fin would getting a transplant be a good idea at the risk of losing the current remaining hair
