Easy to use dab syringe for budder, shatter, crumble? One hand only.

Long story short. I use a puffco peak on my lunch break to smoke. Sometimes parked and sometimes while in a moving car. Is there a product that I can load the dabs into the night before and just be able to insert into my piece with one hand on the piece and one on the syringe that is dropping a dab in.. I tried an oral syringe that I had left over from a dentist visit but the tip was not large enough to suck anything up.. The bottom line is, I got a peak and a hot knife and trying to grab a dab from the jar and then plop it into the peak is not very easy in a car especially when it is moving. Just looking for suggestions..
