Horizon 7.8AT Help -- console lights up, buttons not working
Hello - I am hoping someone can help. I have submitted a service request but not heard back. My treadmill was working fine (Horizon 7.8AT, 2.5years old) and then yesterday it turned on, console turned on, but none of the buttons on the console worked. I could only rotate the center button--but if I clicked start, stop, bluetooth, any other button, nothing happened. I've googled and searched reddit and haven't found any solution. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
