Laser hair removal, how to make the municipality pay for it?

Hi, so I've heard mentioned a lot that the municipality will pay for laser hair removal on your face in denmark, but I can't find where I'm supposed to request that on the municipality website. I live in Odense municipality, and there are plenty of other things I can find, including voice training lessons, but nothing about hair removal. Help please?
