Scared to socially transition

Hello, my name is Lynn, and I've been closeted trans for almost 2 years now, I turned 18 last may, and still haven't told my conservative and religious family that I'm a transfem, and I'm not exactly sure how to. I don't make enough to move out, so I can't move out and then tell them, and I'm still scared. Any advice would be helpful, thank you so much for reading <3
