Running off a honey pack

Now i know this sounds stupid but im doing as much research as i can on this. As you know a Honey pack is a pack of honey that usually has the same ingredients as a Viagra or Cialis. And as much research as im doing i still cant get a clear answer is it safe to do intense cardio while off that. My idea is popping one 20 minutes before a race and seeing if there is really any effects or boosts. My only fear is my hearts gonna explode. Does anyone know better on this type of subject?
