Is there a way/mod that allows Orthodox factions to call crusades in MTW2

Hey lol that's my question.

I love playing as russia but I think it's really lame that I need to watch the Catholics and Muslims (love y'all) have all the fun.

Side question... what's the next TTW game coming out?
