Do the 3 Roman factions ever get destroyed?

I've played multiple campaigns and every time the 3 Roman factions just take over the map.

Brutii usually always do the best and take over the greek peninsula then expand northwards.

Julii take over Spain and Gaul.

Scipii tend to struggle with Africa but never get destroyed.

I get its called Rome total war but would like to see campaigns where they lose against AI.
