I am supposed to go to a physical therapy appointment

I had my knee replaced a month ago and am supposed to go to my first physical therapy appointment that isn't in my home today. I have been stuck here with Zara on my lap for over an hour. I'm trapped. How do I disturb this sweetness? I need to leave in like 5 minutes.
