When this game will be officially released

Hi I'm new here, and I'm making this topic because I would know when this game will receive a full release.

Now it's on early access, but I honestly prefer to wait because my fear is that playing now when this game will receive a full release they will probably release Steam achievements too, so if you have already beaten the game and the achievements won't automaticaly unlock you need to redo the game again. Plus they promised more content for the launch like new cars, etc...

Do u recommend me to play it now or wait? And do u think this game will even receive achievements?
