Home Internet - $30 offer not reflected in account
So I went to T-Mobile.com on 12/23 and signed up for Home Internet, which actually reflected $25/month total (which I knew was an error, and should be $30/month with autopay).
Anyway, the Gateway shipped and I plugged it in, and it didn't work. T-Mobile said the line was never created when the Gateway was shipped (abnormal). I worked with t-force on 12/29 to get the line actually added and the gateway actived.
Here's the thing — my T-Mobile page shows it's $50/month with autopay. The rep on T-Force said $20/month would be automatically applied next cycle. Does that seem right? Thanks!
