Reconstitute and dosing

Hello everyone, I'm using compounded Tirz and I'm kind of lost with how to reconstitute and dose. I'm using 5mg Tirz vials. How much Bac. Water should I be adding? Also what do I pull back to on my syringe for 2.5g dose? Thanks for the help.
