Tirz use— left breast pain?! Help

I have been on trizepatide for about 14 weeks now and have lots about 28 pounds. I have been experiencing intermittent breast pain particularly on the left side for several weeks now. No other changes to the breast that I can tell. I am following up with my PCP dr next week but I am wondering if it is a common side effect of these meds or weight loss in general? Sometimes the right will also ache but very rarely. It’s just an odd thing. It’s more to the back left of the left boob if that makes sense.
