7.5 mg, vomiting and nausea

Welp. I moved up to 7.5 mg last night, injected into stomach. I am suffering today. Extreme nausea, throwing up for the first time in 10 years, stomach pains. I haven’t eaten yet and it’s 12:30 pm. What do you all do to treat/manage these symptoms? I’m definitely not injecting in the stomach again. I might call my doctor and ask for some sort of prescription.
