Need Help - Beginner

I need some judgement free help because I’m genuinely so confused. I ordered the beginner pack of compounded tirz from Lavender Sky Health. They sent me (two) 2ML bottles. And the instructions say “inject 0.2 ML = 2MG (20 units on syringe”.

But if you look at the amount that’s in each bottle and then the 20 units amount on the syringe… that doesn’t seem right.

These 2 vials are supposed to last me 8-10 weeks and that 20 unit mark looks like damn near half a bottle!
