[TOMT][Commercials/Bumpers][1990's]

I remember a series of bumpers for what might if been Nickelodeon in the early to mid 90's that had something to do with music being made from unconventional sources, like a woman talking on a payphone humming "mm-hm, mm-hm", a man jingling something like keys or change, and a man laughing in a sort of musical beat. There was another from the same time period where a man is hiding beneath some gutters in the street and the sound of footsteps walking by make a sort of musical beat. I want to say these bumpers were on Nickelodeon, but I've scoured YouTube for 90's Nickelodeon bumpers and haven't found these. Maybe they were another station?
