[TOMT][GIF][2010s] Woman slowly opens a note

There was a popular Reddit response gif or video around 2015 or so. It's a moody, quiet shot of a woman who starts to answer her apartment door, then sees a note slide underneath. She hesitantly bends down, then slowly, contemplatively opens the envelope and card.

It takes an age. Inside the card, there's either the letter K or a dickbutt.

I can't find either version now. I've found the dickbutt version a few times over the years, but I like the K one better.
