[TOMT][SONG][90s?] Very Famous Sax Melody

I've got this melody stuck in my head but can't remember the name of the song. I believe it's from a 90's dance track, and the saxophone melody basically plays throughout the song along with a dark voice saying random stuff in the background. It's an extremely famous song that I've probably heard a thousand times, so I'm really kicking myself for not remembering the artist or title.
