[PlayStation (probably?)][early 2000's] Car battle game

I vaguely remember a game from my childhood where you would drive about a map with your selected vehicle in a 3rd person view.

I recall there being a movie theatre map where you are tiny compared to a bag of popcorn and another map that was a playground where you could drive on the sand or take the fight up on the wooden structures.

Sorry that most of what i recall is 2 maps, It's been driving me nuts for years trying to google this and I could really use yoyr help! thankyou so much!
