Can tinnitus be a side effect of covid vaccine

I got my first Pfizer shot 1.5 weeks ago and two days ago I suddenly experienced ringing in my ears. The first day it lasted for just a few minutes but second day (yesterday) it started at midnight and has been non-stop. It is very noticeable when I am in a quiet room. I have never experienced this before and I just feel so helpless and anxious that all I can hear is ringing. I’m due for my second shot in 2 weeks and I am worried it’ll only exacerbate it. I am praying this will go away. Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect of the covid vaccine and how long before it goes away?
