Home-made Hibachi Recipe! For your fried Rice White rice (it's best to use old rice, but it is okay if you don't, just place your cooked rice in the fridge for 30min) - Butter your pan, sauté some chopped onion, garlic, veggies of your choice. - Add in the rice, lots of butter, and mix - In the same pan add in some more butter, & your scrambled eggs. - Mix the eggs & rice together. - Add in your soy sauce & honey to season your rice and give it the brown color.
Noodles - Butter your pan Add in some garlic and carrots - Add in cooked spaghetti - add this mix into your noodles (soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fresh ginger)
Steak + Chicken For your meats, create a marinade mixture - 1/4 cup Oyster sauce - 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce - 2 Tspn Dark soy sauce - 2 tsp Sesame oil - 1 tsp corn starch mixed in water - 2 tspns Rice vinegar
Veggies - Zucchini - Broccoli - Carrots Saute your veggies in butter, add in some soy sauce & hoisin sauce.
Yum Yum Sauce - 1 cup of mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons of melted butter (make sure it is room temp & not HOT)
