Unexpected maintenance and progression loss.
I wanted to make people aware of some issues where progression has been lost due to either inadequate fixes, or problems with unexpected maintenance windows. I would talk to amazon directly, but per 6 months ago all live chat features were removed from all AGS games.
I got off the game around 8 to do real life stuff, I had a cake, and 2 dungeons left to run, and due to unexpected maintenance that was not announced, I have lost a cake and 50 rune boxes. Has anyone else lost their progress? I feel like this should have been announced.
I also want to point out that when they said they'd fix the star tree battlepass issue, i was never refunded my currency, and still lost out on a large portion of the items, as i was hoarding it for over a week before the shop broke.
Its a decent amount of progression lost for the rune boxes, nothing crazy, but i feel like im not the only one that lost this. Between that and the proposed "Fix" that never really restored my currency to me per the star tree issue, im a little bit salty about lost progress.
Did anyone else experience these issues?

Update: The stability issue has been confirmed to cause early maintenance.
