In the season 6 episode, Chasing It, Renata’s death foreshadow’s Tony demise

At the end of Chasing It, Tony is seen leaving Hesh’s house. Hesh’s wife, Renata, had just previously passed away in her sleep in the house. Tony stops by the house to offer his condolences to Hesh, as well as to pay him the 200k he owes him. As Tony leaves, we then see a wide-angle shot of Hesh’s house. It's a white grand colonial house, closely resembling the “family reunion” house from Tony’s coma. It also resembles the house from Tony’s dream in the Calling All Cars episode where Tony sees his deceased mother (just like in his coma dream). In all three of these instances, Tony and death are closely intertwined whether it’s figuratively or literally.
