Nannies are useless

Starting playing again last month ! I'm sure Sim's infants and newborns extended my dislike for children lmao . Anyways i age all my off springs to children immediately. The nanny is useless, they literally will literally watch the kid starve . I seriously get the "taken away " notification while the nanny is on the lot. But oh let my sim be a mom for a day , and she will have the UNFULFILLED dreams moodlet. Like babygirl you are in a mansion!
