TLOU Part 2 PC PSN requirement?

I know we still don’t have a release date, but do you think it will be similar to recent games that required PSN, like GOW Ragnarok and the HZD Remaster? The first part didn’t require PSN, but given the trend with recent releases, I think the same will happen with TLOU Part 2.
