Is it too late to come back?

The last time I played was when I used to own a XBone and had just finished the DLC back in like May2020. Ever since I lost the time to play it. Now that I have time again I was thinking of coming back but either on my Steam or PS5. After all this time and all the DLC and changes that have occurred, is it okay to drop back in?
