Is it for kids, yes or no?

Just got out of an intense scolding by my mom because I let my younger siblings (ranging in age from 16 to 5) watch TADC. My mom is horrified by the concept and the show itself, and is pissed that I let them watch it.

I know I'm in trouble and I know I did wrong, but in y'all's opinion, is it okay for kids? They've never seen episode 3 and I won't let them.
