Where did all the mods go??

So it's been a good decade or more since I was heavy into modding Morrowind and I've started playing again, modding casually.. at first. Lol. Then I fell down the rabbit hole of modding, but it seems like Nexus has so LITTLE to offer compared to what it did years ago. Where did all of the mods go??
