Android 16: viable or too low tier?
Unlike 17 and 18, 16’s automatic ki growth feels twice as slow, making it really difficult to apply pressure or harass players with ki blasts like most of the other Android characters. Also, his ultimate isn't great, it's difficult to reach Sparking, and his throw is painfully slow. I really want to make this character work in DP Battle; does anyone have any tips?
