Telescope is shaky

I'm quite new to astronomy, and when I try to look at Jupiter with my Celestron Starsense explorer using the 10mm eyepiece, I'm able to get it in view and focus on it.

The issue is that it's shaky and I can't get the scope to stay still while I try to get the perfect focus.

So my question is this:

What things can I do to keep the telescope from moving as much so I can look at Jupiter better?
