Why does everyone hate Sam and kitty

I've seen a bunch of like garbage about Sam about how annoying he is and like I get that, but I once saw someone saying hes transphobic?? which I'm honestly just curious to know if anyone else has said anything about😭?? but beyond that I saw someone saying he lied about heroin addiction!?😭😭 either way people seem to hate kitty a bunch too and I can't find a single reason why??? She seems normal?? And if there is dirt on her it's no where as easy as it is to find on sam
