Can you actually make good friends in here?

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl who NEEDS FRIENDS. I just want people to talk to and I want actual people my age but l'm too afraid to reach out in teen communities because everyone is so mean like what. I haven't met a single nice kid in one of these. But I really do wanna find people to talk to!

Should I list my interests or something? Will that attract nice people to talk to me 🙏 I have no idea.
