Has anyone been to darkweb?

One of my online friend told that he has been to dark web and he told about red rooms idk what's that. Then there are accessible websites like 4chan, 8chan etc but in case of 7chan,16chan, 64chan, 256chan.....etc I can't access them. I also found out hidden wiki where you find the links but its accessible with tor only and i think Linux is needed.

Has anyone been to darkweb? Im a beginner in these stuff
