Computer infrequently crashes during youtube videos or video games

My computer crashes (no bluescreen, straight to black) and restarts itself after a few seconds. This happens about once a month while watching youtube videos or playing videogames. It crashes for any kind of game, not just very graphically intense ones (Like stardew valley). This has been going on for 5 years.

The only consistent way I've found to crash my computer is to play Gloomhaven for 1-2 hours. I have reinstalled windows and my drivers before, which made the crashes less frequent, but not gone.

Here are the files your system dossier article recommended. I could not find a minidump folder. The power supply is a "Cooler Master B500 V2".
