cant connect to wifi

so my pc all of a sudden stopped connecting to wifi. i originally took out the ram sticks to try to put them in the other slots because my pc only recognized one of them and it worked but all of a sudden i can no longer connect to wifi. i put the ram sticks back into their original place to see if it would fix the issue but it didn’t. no other wifi is showing up at all. my motherboard is an aorus b450 pro wifi.

edit: ok so i went to device manager and my wireless adapter (which is Intel(R) Wireless AC 9260 160 MHz) has a yellow triangle on it and i’ve looked it up and people are saying i need to update it. but how do i update it if i cant connect to wifi? i also have that triangle symbol on my audio controller (High Definition Audio Controller)
