I can't use numbers

Hello, so yesterday i was trying to use the numbers from the alphanumeric keyboard but it just wouldn't let me. I can use numbers from the numpad normally, but if i use the other numbers, i get this:

1: 2345dsffghjkldfgdsfhñldfplg,sdjfgoidsfhgjpiohjosfjiopsdad
2: h
3: 3345678jggj }
4: 55
sfdglskdmflksdjfklsjdflkj5
5: Asdasdaslkjasdoiweoiqjwe

if any of you have a solution, please tell me. I can't type exclamation signs or hashtags or any of the symbols from these numbers either. Thank you
