Downloads and Desktop gone

I recently moved all my drives from my old PC into my new PC. All files are here apart from my Downloads and Desktop folder, instead these have been replaced with a new desktop and downloads folders. I used the app “everything” to search for them but I can’t find them. If anyone has had this issue before whilst switching PCs, any help would be appreciated
