What download speeds should I be seeing with gig speed fiber?

Hi. I just switched over to Metronet with a dedicated fiber line. I went to speed test immediately and am seeing download and upload speeds around 115-125mbps. Shouldn't I be seeing faster download speeds? The tech installed the line and the modem, then I ran a 50ft cat 6a to my router so that it would be where I wanted it. Also the speed test was done on my phone over wifi, I have not tested with my desktop that is a wired connection.
