IPv4 discounect randomly

IPv4 disconnect randomly sometime it takes 10 min sometime 1-3 hours, and it does disconnect from the modem, I changed the modem and tried another one but same problem.

I contacted my ISP but all they have done is reconfigure my modem and nothing changed.
