Shift keys not working on Windows 11

Hey guys!

For quite some time now, neither of my shift keys on my windows laptop have worked. They just gradually stopped working, at some point they worked every now and then, but for the past couple months, they just wont work. I have watched countless of tutorials on youtube ehc and tried all of their methods, but nothing seems to work😕. Im a student so i have to write a lot, and being able to use shift would make everything so much easier and more convenient. Does anybody have any tips on this? I also tried cleaning my keyboard, but it still doesnt work. Every other key is fine, just the two shift keys.
