Help! Can’t find Dalia in Gerudo Town

I’ve truly searched high and low, but I can’t find Dalia to start the Dalia’s Game side quest in Gerudo Town. I read on the web that you can find her around noon in an alley in the north corner of town or by the fruit seller, but I’ve tried multiple times and can’t find her in either place—only at night when she’s asleep or going to bed and won’t answer my questions. Could this be a bug? Anyone know? Thanks!
