Pay someone or do it myself?

I have been in the US for 3 tax seasons, so my knowledge on US taxes is limited, first year my company paid for my tax preparation as it was complex with international income. Second year, I paid $180 with LibertyTax, this year they quoted $300 and I am wondering if its worth doing it myself.

$300 do not represent a significant amount to our financial situation.

a few facts:

• Filing jointly
• Bought a house, paid about 13k interests in 2023.
• 1 W2 for me
• 2 W2s for my wife
• My company is paying directly to the university for my grad school, I got a 1098-T for about 8k.
• I contributed to my 401k, wife did not.

Is my return complex?
