Can someone tell me if my tattoo is infected??

I got this tattoo a week ago, and it’s still painful. Normally in my experience the tattoo would just be itchy at this point and not really painful. I’ve been applying aquaphor anytime I notice it drying up, hopefully that wouldn’t make it worse.
