these half assed workouts

i know everybody is different and our bodies change at a different pace, but there’s no actual way burning anything, ELBOWS TO KNEES, she’s been working out for over a year and she still looks the same, she does look amazing after 5 kids, but little to no progress is insane bcs she isn’t doing the workouts right, or i have a theory that she only works out for the 10 seconds she props her camera up
