Can tarantulas live off of superworms?

I just recently got a green bottle blue tarantula and got a small container of superworms to feed it, but i have heard that hornworms are not a good long term food source for tarantulas, is that the same for superworms? and should i go about feeding him crickets or dubia roaches in the long term.
