What's the best IT career advice you received?

With 5+ years experience as IT Support/ Sysadmin in the MSP more as generalist and taking care of different tickets and projects for IT support, network, security, cloud, servers, Infrastructure and 5 years in other IT generalist roles, what career advice would you give me to advance in my career? I am in my 30s?
