Can I throw carver c7 trucks on my longboard deck?

Relatively experienced longboarder - mostly just cruising and steady hills. Interested in surf skating as a way to just try something a bit different.

I found some carver c7 trucks on FB for around $90. Can I throw them on a standard long board deck? Do I need a conversion kit or anything?
