Easy Way to Fix R5, Everybody Wins - Please Read Com2Us

I will keep this short in hopes someone at Com2Us happens to read it.

TL/DR:
Swap Gems / Grinds Farming Locations (All gems in R5, Grinds in Rift Beasts)
OR, removing the roll ranges from Grinds would make farming Grinds on par with Gems.

Reasons:

1. 1 rune requires 1 gem vs (up to) 4 grinds
2. Gems are divided into 5 dungeons, vs grinds all in one
3. Easy to implement solutions that don't require extensive overhauling or programming
4. Frees Com2Us up to adding more content to the game without fear of whelming the players
